TN&S develops and maintains information technology facilities for students, faculty, staff, administration and the three Computer Resource Center (CRC) locations. It is not, however, licensed to repair privately owned computers or to install software not provided by the Seminary.
For assistance with network connections, contact the Help Desk by e-mail to Help.Desk@ptsem.edu or at 609-497-7812.
Other than regular evening lab assistance, the only technical support provided after 4:30 p.m. or on weekends is for system-wide critical services such as Internet connectivity, e-mail availability, network home directory access or network printing connectivity (not paper jams or printer hardware failure). This applies to global services only, not individual workstation problems. To report these failures, please e-mail Help.Desk@ptsem.edu, or if the entire e-mail system is not available (try a different computer lab first!), call Security at 497-7777.
